Food Truck Opening Restaurant in Bennington

A local food truck proprietor has plans for a brick-and-mortar location in Bennington. Johnny Rico’s Brooklyn Pizza filed a building permit to tenant-finish a bay in the retail building at 8001 North 157th Street. Current tenants in that building include Bennington Urgent Care, Hay Jay Café & Coffee and Rock Valley Physical Therapy. – Isaiah Ang
