Chipotle Mexican Grill plans to build its first Council Bluffs restaurant on the northeast corner of 30th & West Broadway. The project would require the demolition of an existing building. The Mexican restaurant specializes in traditional marinated charcoal-grilled chicken that’s widely popular in Mexico.
