Dumpling Empire is expanding with a second location at 15825 West Maple Road, taking over the former Dickey’s Barbecue Pit space next to Wingstop. The new spot, just north of Hy-Vee, is expected to open in April or May. The Chinese restaurant currently operates at 5413 South 72nd Street.
