R&R Realty Group has broken ground on its fourth warehouse building at R&R Commerce Park South, a Class-A industrial development near 156th & Schram Road in Papillion. The 286,000 sq. ft. building will feature clear heights up to 36 feet, multiple dock and drive-in doors. Completion is scheduled for September 2026.
