The June 13th Lightning Round

First National of Nebraska, parent company of FNBO, has entered into an agreement to acquire Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Company of Independence, Missouri. Jeff Beals and Trenton Magid also discuss Yard House apparently coming to Omaha’s Avenue One district southeast of 192nd & West Dodge Road. The show notes the building permit for a freestanding Yard House at 19051 Davenport Street with an outdoor patio, then expands into the broader retail momentum around Avenue One, Village Pointe and Heartwood Preserve.
