Aerie Blue Sage, an entire neighborhood of upscale rental units, is under construction along the west side of 204th Street south of Blue Sage Parkway. The 40-acre site, just west of Elkhorn South High School, is in full construction mode right now. When it’s complete in 2026, Aerie Blue Sage will have 327 market-rate rental units, including stand-alone cottages, duplexes, townhouses, units in low-rise apartment buildings and even 2,000 sq. ft. single-family houses with fenced yards. The developer is Spruce Capital Group. The general contractor is Ronco Construction.
