Steel has gone vertical on an 8,100 sq. ft. retail building at 20462 R Street. The .89-acre site is southwest of 204th & Q Street. Godfather’s Pizza will occupy 2,690 sq. ft. of the future building when it is completed next spring. The building has space for two additional tenants.
