Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture shared this photo of the parking garage screen on the south side of the new 37 West Farnam Building in the Blackstone District. The 9-story building will have street-level retail, a few floors of parking and five floors of apartments. The screen is “designed the screen to mimic movement along the cozy corridor between 38th – 37th and Harney.” GreenSlate Development Company is the developer, while Hausmann Construction in the general contractor.
