The future Mutual of Omaha building’s central core tower is now a noticeable part of the downtown skyline. Located at 14th & Farnam Street, the tower will eventually be 800,000 sq. ft., 44 stories and 677 feet tall, making it the tallest building in a multi-state region. The developer is Lanoha Real Estate Company and the general contractor is JE Dunn. The architects are Pickard Chilton and HOK. Completion is planned for 2026.
