Mutual Tower Crane Reaches Max Height

The tower crane being used to assemble the future Mutual of Omaha headquarters building has reached its maximum height of approximately 780 feet. Crews extended the tower over the weekend.  The building’s shear tower core should reach its maximum height next month. The skyscraper will eventually be 677 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and the Dakotas. Completion is planned for the late 2026.
