An infill development is destined for a vacant .34-acre parcel at 32nd & Pacific Street. The Omaha Planning Department last week approved the planned unit redevelopment overlay district application from Scott Semrad for a 3-story apartment building. The first floor will house the parking garage. Twenty residences will be located on the upper two floors. The building will have two efficiency units, 16 one-bedroom units and two 2-bedroom units. – Isaiah Ang
