Groundbreaking took place last week for phase one of TreeHouse, a mixed-use project in Council Bluffs near 34th & West Broadway. When complete, the development will have 221 apartment units, 34 townhomes and 11,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The architect is Schemmer and Lund Ross Constructors is the contractor.
