Metonic Real Estate Solutions and City of Gretna officials held a groundbreaking ceremony last month for a multi-family construction project in the Gretna Landing development northwest of 192nd & Highway 370. The Gretna Landing apartments will have 220 units in five buildings plus a clubhouse, pool, pet area, playground, pickleball courts and other amenities. Other companies involved in the project include Lamp Rynearson, TRB Architecture, Access Commercial, and Ruff Grading. Gretna Landing eventually will be anchored by a Fleet Farm store.
