Crews are getting ready to install the “Mutual of Omaha” sign atop the new skyscraper in downtown Omaha. It’s one of the few remaining external elements to be completed on the $600 million headquarters building at 14th & Farnam Street. Several months worth of interior construction remains to be completed. Mutual of Omaha is scheduled to occupy the office building at the end of this year. Developed by Lanoha Real Estate, the tower is 677 feet tall and has 800,000 sq. ft. of floor space.
