The Flatland Church property at 17515 Pacific Street will be redeveloped into a multifamily project. The developer has plans to demolish the existing church building, and in its place, build 30 townhouses and 90 apartment units. Townhouse units include 2-car parking garages and will be evenly split between 2- and 3-bedroom units. The apartment building and clubhouse will be built in the middle of the 8.3-acre property and will be served by 66 detached garage stalls and 91 surface parking stalls.
