Workers have started connecting the north and south towers of the Central Park Plaza near 15th & Farnam Street. NuStyle Development is converting the iconic twin towers into The Duo, a 700-unit parking garage. The project will also include commercial space, including Sullivan’s steakhouse, which remains open. As part of the project, the old Park Fair Mall will be demolished and replaced with a city-owned parking garage. On top of the garage will be 150 apartment units.
