Creighton University broke ground on a new sophomore residential hall on the southeast corner of 21st & Cuming Street, across the street from the dental school. The 5-story, 151,000 sq. ft. building will house 400 students. The university has made significant changes to its downtown campus in recent years, including the demolition of aged structures as well as the construction of a new residence hall for freshman and the Jesuit residence. The new sophomore residential hall is expected to be completed by 2026. – Isaiah Ang
