The University of Nebraska Medical Center is building a 750-stall parking garage just north of the Catalyst Building on the new campus west of Saddle Creek Road. The City of Omaha will purchase and operate the 7-level parking garage upon completion. UNMC has discussed the possibility of building residence hall rooms alongside or around the new garage but has not yet publicly confirmed the plan.
