Wood framing has started on a 330-unit apartment building on the southeast corner of 48th & Dodge Street. The 5-stry building will sit on a 2.75-acre site just northwest of the booming University of Nebraska Medical Center campus. The $82 million apartment building will incorporate the former Pittman Veterinary building.
