Omaha’s office vacancy is only 7.1 percent, according to CoStar, a real estate analytics company. That means Omaha has the fourth-lowest office vacancy rate among the 40 major markets surveyed. Only Albany, N.Y.; the Inland Empire (California); and Providence, R.I. currently have less office vacancy.
