Union Omaha plans to build a retail shop in the Builders District. According to a building permit, Union Omaha will occupy 3,000 sq. ft. at 1501 Mike Fahey Street. The 4-story, mixed-use building is home to Noddle Companies, The Roots Coworking, Fly Fitness and a soon-to-open Good Life Sports Bar. Union Omaha currently plays home games at Creighton University’s Morrison Stadium but plans to build a 6,500-seat stadium near Millwork Commons for the 2028 season. – Isaiah Ang
