Riverfront Parks Attract More Visitors Than Henry Doorly Zoo

At the end of 2024, Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority celebrated 5 million visitors to the Riverfront Parks since Gene Leahy Mall reopened in summer 2022. In 2024 alone, the three-park complex attracted approximately 2 million visitors. For perspective, one of Omaha’s most popular attractions, the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium, welcomed 1.6 million visitors in 2024. – Isaiah Ang
