New Barn to Replace Demolished One at Heartwood Preserve

Developers of Heartwood Preserve are planning to raise a new barn. According to a building permit, a 3,358 sq. ft. barn structure will be built in the park that is adjacent to South 144th Street and will serve as an event venue. The new barn honors the area’s heritage as Heartwood Preserve was previously the Boy’s Town west farm. – Isaiah Ang
