The Omaha City Council is reviewing the Tax Increment Financing loan agreement for a multi-family development at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue. The total project cost is $5,15 million with TIF helping fund $859,437. The development will consist of three 4-unit and one 2-unit rowhouse-style buildings. The for-sale units will be 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom rowhouses. – Isaiah Ang
