Mixed-Use Building Planned for South Omaha

Construction should start soon on a South Omaha multifamily building. Named QMetro, the $25 million project consists of a 5-story, mixed-use apartment building southeast of 29th & Q Street. The site is across the street from Metropolitan Community College’s South Campus. According to a building permit, the building will have 77 apartment units and 18,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space. – Isaiah Ang
