A massage business will open in the retail strip at 13110 Birch Drive in Eagle Run. According to a building permit for installation of new walls for massage rooms, the business will be called A Zen Message. It replaces a dentist office, Heartland Dental, next to Athletico Northwest. – Isaiah Ang
