Tadros Development is planning an infill development northwest of 120th & Military Avenue. The 8.5-acre site will be subdivided into four lots. Three lots along Military Avenue will accommodate an 18,000 sq. ft. commercial building, a gas station/c-store, and a 26,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building. A lot tucked away from Military Avenue along 122nd Street will be developed for residential use. The developer plans to build four 4-plexes and one duplex building. – Isaiah Ang
