The Atlas Apartments building just west of Creighton University will be getting another commercial user on the ground floor. According to a building permit, HOTWORX, is leasing 2,400 sq. ft. HOTWORX is an international yoga studio chain with more than 800 locations worldwide, including three existing ones in the Omaha Metro. The Atlas was formerly St. Joseph Hospital before NuStyle Development transformed it into a 732-unit apartment complex. – Isaiah Ang
