Forever 21, the fast-fashion retailer targeting teens, has declared bankruptcy and plans to close all of its stores, including a 2-story store inside Omaha’s Westroads Mall. The Los Angeles-based retailer has 354 stores and 9,200 employees. The company is seeking a buyer, but in the likely event that fails, malls like Westroads will be looking to fill large vacancies.
