Dante, the Neapolitan pizza restaurant located near 168th & West Center Road, has purchased a food truck outfitted with an on-board rotisserie. Unlike the mobile, wood-fired oven Dante already uses for pizza at private events, this new truck will showcase a variety of dishes, allowing the restaurant to pop up at more community gatherings. – Chris Corey
