Council Bluffs Rivers Edge Project Prepares Phase 5

Phase Four of the Council Bluffs River’s Edge project includes the currently under-construction MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower and Treetop Walk which is being funded by private donations raised by the Southwest Iowa Nonprofit for Collective Impact (SINC) and slated to open this summer. This week, SINC presented plans for Phase 5 of River’s Edge, which includes a play area, dog park, and a plaza recognizing donors. – Mark Champion
