“Brunchette” Restaurant Coming to 35th & Center

Know Good, a concept from the owner of Sweet Magnolias Bake Shop, will open this spring at 3528 Center Street, formerly Sunnyside on Center. The “brunchette” has operated full-time at Archetype Coffee in Little Bohemia since January 2023 and will continue there after opening its new location, which will focus on bagels, sandwiches and a small café menu. – Nicole Buntgen
