A 612-unit apartment complex is planned for the Avenue One development near 192 & West Dodge Road. The Omaha City Council is reviewing an amendment to the mixed-use development agreement to allow the multifamily project. Specifically located at 188th & Harney Street, the 18-acre site will have several apartment buildings, including a 120,000 sq. ft. building for seniors.
