Mark Champion

Mark Champion is an Omaha native and media professional who works as a Field Technician for Heartland Bike Share, a local nonprofit organization that provides over 400 shared bicycles available for checkout at more than 80 stations across the Omaha metro. He also covers Non-profit News for Grow Omaha. He loves watching Omaha grow and become more vibrant, while always looking for ways to contribute and tell the city’s stories. He can often be spotted cycling to work or running at the beautiful RiverFront parks. Mark holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
