Eric Miller

Eric Miller is the Streetcar Operations Manager for the City of Omaha. Eric’s transit planning and operations career spans more than 20 years, including 12 years at the Regional Transportation District in Denver, implementing the FasTracks rail and bus system. He has also worked as a consultant for three different companies that included rail projects in Los Angeles, Dallas, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Oklahoma City and New York City. Eric is a native of Omaha, received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and his master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Colorado at Denver. When not thinking about streetcar service or plotting transit extensions, Eric enjoys time with his family and exploring all the fun and unique places in Omaha, including parks, restaurants and trails.
