Union Omaha announced that it will host FIFA World Cup watch parties with several local partners this summer. Each watch party will feature club activations, including appearances by Hoot the Owl, inflatable games, giveaways and merchandise. The series begins with Mexico vs. South Africa on June 11 and runs through the World Cup final on July 19.
Soccer fans can attend group stage watch parties for the following matches:
- Mexico vs. South Africa – Thursday, June 11, 2 p.m. – Granary Green
- U.S. vs. Paraguay – Friday, June 12, 8 p.m. – Big Grove Brewery
- Argentina vs. Algeria – Tuesday, June 16, 8 p.m. – Capitol District
- U.S. vs. Australia – Friday, June 19, 2 p.m. – Pint Nine Brewing Co.
- Mexico vs. Czechia – Wednesday, June 24, 8 p.m. – Granary Green
- U.S. vs. Turkey – Thursday, June 25, 8 p.m. – Sonny’s Downtown
The following dates are confirmed for knockout stage watch parties:
- Sunday, June 28, 2 p.m. – Capitol District
- Monday, June 30, 8 p.m. – Capitol District
- Saturday, July 11, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. – Capitol District
- Sunday, July 19, 2 p.m. – Sonny’s Downtown
More dates will be announced once the tournament reaches the knockout stage.
