Olsson moved into its new Omaha office yesterday at 14500 Heartwood Row, Suite 200. It’s the first building in The Row, a mixed-use area in the middle of Heartwood Preserve. More than 300 Olsson employees now occupy the second and third floors of the 4-story building. The building features retail space on the ground floor. Olsson is an engineering and design firm with more than 2,300 employees located across the country. Additional construction projects are coming soon to The Row, including a Marriot Autograph Collection hotel known as The Elowen.
