A building permit was filed for Assemble, an adult-oriented arts and crafts business. The permit is for new tenant finish. Assemble will be in the Boho Flats building at 1440 South 13th Street in Little Bohemia. Customers will be able to paint, sculpt, crochet and more in an art-studio setting that also will have a bar. – Isaiah Ang
