Bella Vita Ristorante, which closed in 2023 at 2620 Main Street in downtown Elkhorn, will soon be transformed by the owners of Main Street Cellar. The main floor will become La Vida Nova, expected to open in May 2026, while an unnamed fine dining concept will open upstairs a few months later. – Nicole Buntgen
