Owners of Billy Frogg’s Plan to Open Event Space

An event hall will open at 1412 Howard Street downtown just west of the Old Market. The applicant is the owner of Billy Frogg’s, a long-standing Old Market bar. The event center will be called Clover Leaf House. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. for hosting events. – Isaiah Ang
