Metonic Real Estate Solutions has started construction on the Gretna Landing Apartments, which will consist of 220 units in five buildings. The project is located northwest of 192nd & Highway 370 near the to-be-constructed Fleet Farm store. Companies involved in this project include Dicon, Lamp Rynearson, TRB Architecture, Access Commercial and Ruff Grading.
