The reinforced concrete shear tower at the Mutual of Omaha headquarters building is now about 17 stories high. Work on the parking garage has reached the eighth level. Located at 14th & Farnam Street, the tower will be 800,000 sq. ft., 44 stories and 677 feet tall upon completion.
