The central core tower of Mutual of Omaha’s future headquarters has surpassed 245 feet and is starting to make a visible impression on the skyline. Bounded by 14th, 15th, Farnam and Douglas streets, the building will eventually be 800,000 sq. ft., 44 stories and 677 feet tall.
