Construction is nearing completion on McNeil Refrigeration’s new headquarters at 14070 South 220th Street in the NC Industrial Park North subdivision in Gretna, according to Schemmer, which provided civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design services for this project. The project design utilized a pre-engineered steel structure for another project and modified it for this project’s requirements. The building consists of 25,000 sq. ft. of shop space and 9,200 sq. ft. of corporate office space. Ronco Construction Company is the general contractor. Completion will occur this fall.
