Construction is now underway on Olsson’s 4-story office building at Heartwood Preserve, the 500-acre, mixed-use development southwest of 144th & West Dodge Road. The building will be the first anchor of Lanoha Development’s Heartwood Row project. Olsson, an engineering firm, will have it’s Omaha-area offices on the upper floors, while the ground level will be retail.
