Roxxy Omaha, a retro bar concept from Iowa City, has abruptly closed its Capitol District location at 1150 Capitol Avenue just west of Texas de Brazil. The venue, which opened in November 2023, is under the same ownership as The Stuffed Olive, a martini bar next door with locations in Iowa City, Cedar Falls, and Madison, Wis. – Nicole Buntgen
