Plank Provisions to Be Converted into Tex-Asian Pub

Flagship Restaurant Group will close Plank Provisions in the Old Market and reopen it as Anthem, a Tex-Asian pub. Plank Provisions is a seafood restaurant and oyster bar at 1205 Howard Street. Its last day will be December 31st. Renovations will take several months. Anthem is expected to open in June. Anthem has one existing location in Austin, Tex., and is described as a “design-savvy eatery for Latin & Asian pub fare, plus tiki drinks & sake bombs.”
