Marrow, a casual fine-dining restaurant, is set to open in Gretna this summer at 17870 Oakmont Drive south of Tiburon Golf Club. The restaurant will blend the comfort of home-cooked meals with the sophistication of fine dining and invites guests to slow down and savor the “marrow” of life. Marrow is under the same ownership as Timber Wood Fire Bistro, Railcar Modern American Kitchen and Pasta Amore. – Nicole Buntgen
