Chipotle Plans First Council Bluffs Location

Chipotle Mexican Grill plans to build its first Council Bluffs restaurant on the northeast corner of 30^th & West Broadway. The project would require the demolition of an existing building. Chipotle plans to build a 2,385 sq. ft. building with a drive-thru “Chipotlane.” The restaurant would have indoor seating for 40 customers plus a patio with 20 outdoor seats. Chipotle has 13 existing metro area locations.
