Shoeman’s Liquor & More, a new liquor store in the Blackstone District, is already expanding. Chad Shoeman opened the liquor store in late November at 3737 Farnam Street on the ground floor of the 9-story 37 West Farnam building. Now Shoeman is preparing to open a bodega-style, urban grocery store immediately to the west in an adjoining bay. The grocery store will open in late March. Shoeman also owns the Red Lion Lounge one block to the west.
